These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rianroo website and your enrolment in any of our online courses. Please read them before using our services. By accessing the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" — Rianroo, 55 Thanon Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
• "You", "User" — any person who accesses the Rianroo website or enrols in a course.
• "Course" — any online AI development programme offered by Rianroo, including Foundations of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing Projects, and Model Deployment & MLOps.
• "Content" — all course materials, text, exercises, assessments, and supporting resources made available to enrolled learners.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions in their current form.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal adult age in your jurisdiction if higher.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or enrol in any course.

3. Service Description

Rianroo provides online courses in AI development, currently comprising three tracks: Foundations of Machine Learning (฿1,900 THB), Natural Language Processing Projects (฿5,600 THB), and Model Deployment & MLOps (฿3,400 THB). Course materials are delivered online and are accessible following confirmed enrolment and payment.

We aim to maintain continuous access to course materials but cannot warrant uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or necessary downtime will be communicated in advance where practicable.

4. Enrolment and Account

• Enrolment is initiated by submitting the contact form and confirmed following agreement on course details and receipt of payment.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (if applicable) secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with others is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website and course materials, you agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content without written permission.
• Use the materials to develop competing courses or training programmes.
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Rianroo.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the services we provide to other learners.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, exercises, and written resources are the intellectual property of Rianroo. Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal study only.

This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from the materials without express written consent.

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿ THB) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due prior to course access being granted.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the enrolment process.

Refund Policy

• If you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not yet accessed the course materials, a full refund will be issued.
• Once course materials have been accessed, no refund is available, except where required by applicable Thai consumer protection law.
• Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] with your enrolment details.

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Completion: Completion records are issued when the required practice tasks for a course have been submitted and assessed as meeting the stated criteria.
• Prerequisites: Some courses list recommended prerequisites. Enrolling without meeting these may affect your experience of the course.
• Academic integrity: Submitted practice work must be your own. Submitting work that is not yours may result in suspension of access and withdrawal of any completion record.
• Completion records: Records issued by Rianroo certify completion of a course, not professional qualification or accreditation by an external body.

9. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not warrant that completing a course will result in employment, salary changes, or any specific professional outcome. The content is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but the field of AI development changes and we cannot guarantee that all information remains current beyond the time of publication.

Course materials are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by Thai consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rianroo's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rianroo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course materials, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to course materials if you breach these terms. Where termination is due to our breach, we will provide a proportionate refund for unused course access.

You may discontinue using our services at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rianroo regarding your use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
• Notices: Notices to us should be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
